Cary Bungalow

This master bathroom renovation in the heart of Cary, NC presented an interesting opportunity for CORE to take an outdated 1950’s bath-laundry room and converting it into an oasis . We achieved this by a complete reconfiguration of the space. At the center of the bathroom is a custom cherry vanity topped with a marble countertop flanked by a deep soaking tub and a spacious walk in shower with semi-custom glass enclosure. Hard tile surfaces with simple decorative details complete serene feel within this room.

Checkered Bath

This Cary, NC customer approached us with guest bathroom showing its age. Tiles were falling off the shower walls, vanity cabinet doors were peeling apart, and grout in the floor was coming loose. Presented with a theme to keep everything black and white, our design team was issued a challenge to ‘Keep it sophisticated and make it look fantastic’. Starting with the floor, we inset black mosaic tiles between large white tiles. To continue the theme into the shower, the floor maintained the black mosaic tiles and the walls all white with a patterned glass decorative border. The vanity has been wrapped with off-white pickeled doors and topped with a leathered granite countertop. Bright chrome ‘Delta’ plumbing fixtures present a clean feel to complete the room decoration. Without a doubt, one of the most fun guest bathrooms we have ever built.

Ferguson Master

Challenged with small bathrooms? This Raleigh, NC bathroom project is a wonderful example of big things coming in small packages. The walls of the bathroom have been wrapped in tile wainscotting and the details continue into the shower walls. The shower glass features unobstructed views through the frameless enclosure. The vanity cabinet has been custom built and includes a matching recessed medecine cabinet. The countertop on the vanity and the shower curb cap have been installed using polished granite. A beautifully crafted small space in the home.

Granite Galore

Leaky showers and peeling wallpaper are what we saw when first entering this Cary, NC bathroom. Our customers vision, a sophisticated bathroom with a curbless shower and lots of granite finishes. After careful planning, our design team was able to create a stunning masterpiece. The furniture-style vanity cabinet features a central tower framed by his & hers separate mirrors. On the counterop, a large granite slab holds 2 drop in sinks and georgous faucets. The bathtub was removed to make way for a larger, curbless walk-in shower. All of the shower walls are adorned with solid granite slabs and contain a granite ledge cut from the same slab to hold soaps and shampoos. On the shower floor, stone mosaics bring in all of the granite colors.

Marble Master

This large master bathroom in Cary, NC is a beautiful example of carefully selected materials and brilliant craftsmanship by our artisan team at CORE. The concept of this bathroom was to build a grand space and feature all of the amenities a modern estate home. This project began by selecting a classicly simple, yet elegant tile design. From that point the execution began. With 2 story cathedral ceilings, we let the shower tile soar to 9′. The tile surround on the tub flows as a simple extension of the shower. The custom cherry wood vanity cabinet extends over 10′ in length and features a one-of-a-kind custom framed mirror surround. Carrara marble sits atop the vanity as well as tub deck. Custom mixed wall paint bring this bathroom together in total harmony.
